He is working for 40+ years in field of Information Technology, software development and ERP.

His career started as a programmer on Burroughs using COBOL and Basic language and latest technical areas are n-tier applications and BI Solutions on Microsoft platform. He has performed various roles like developer, analyst, team lead, project manager, General Manager and VP in his career across Forbes, Orkey and Otis Elevators. He has rich experience in the field of customer management, people management, managing of enterprise web projects, Business Intelligence and data warehousing solutions, Drawing automations and strong domain knowledge of Manufacturing and Elevator Industry. His most appreciated work was design of a generic configurator engine used worldwide for generating engineering Bill of Material and Sales Bill of Material for an Engineering giant. Data Modelling is one of his key competencies (Dimensional modelling and ER modelling) and he has designed and developed BI solutions using Business Objects.

He is one of the founder members of the organization, engineer by qualification. His experience in IT Field is more than 30+ years. He has risen to this post after starting his career as an Electronics Engineer for a fully Automated Textile Industry. But his zest towards Computers and software pulled him out from there and he started working as software developer & since then he worked on various projects and assignments from different countries, gone through all phases of software Development Life Cycle and from development, design, implementations to project management in ISRC Otis Elevators before establishing XECOM IT.
His major area of work lies in project and resource management, Quality Assurance, Deployment and Customer Support. His primary domains are Product Selection Software, Service Management System, Activity Management, Help Desk and Sales Force Automation.
He has multi-cultural work experience with clients across continents. At XECOM, he is involved in handling overall operations, clients, staffing, product enhancements & Presales.
